The technocratic drift thus produced led us to the serious crisis we are witnessing: a boulevard on which anti-European populisms are flowing at full speed. Europe must, therefore, be rebuilt. And the European refoundation must aim for a Europe that multiplies protections, security and opportunities. But for this refoundation to succeed, it is necessary to clarify the foundation on which to achieve it: rule of law and solidarity.
