Nikos Scandamis

Biography

Nikos Scandamis (PhD in Law, Paris II) is Professor emeritus at the University of Athens and International and European Law practitioner. He is an author of interdisciplinary writings in law, economics and political philosophy. Also, former Director at the European Commission (1982-1988) and Head of Research for the University of Athens for the European Commission Programs ELISE and CHALLENGE (2000-2008) on Liberty and Security.
