Dora Sales

Biography

Dora Sales is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Translation and Communication, Jaume I University (Castellón, Spain). Her main research fields are transcultural narratives and translation studies. She holds a PhD in Translation and Interpreting, and is a practising literary translator. Among other publications she is the author of Puentes sobre el mundo: Cultura, traducción y forma literaria en las narrativas de transculturación de José María Arguedas y Vikram Chandra. New York/Bern/Frankfurt: Peter Lang (2004).
